A cool, refreshing, slightly spicy cold dish. Adding mustard shreds inside can make the preserved eggs and tofu no longer monotonous and increase the taste.

Cut millet pepper and string pepper into rings and set aside.

Put all the seasonings in a bowl and add red oil to make a sauce.

Cut the preserved eggs into small pieces and set aside.

Arrange the cut tofu on a plate, put a layer of pickled mustard on top, place the preserved egg cubes on top, and pour the prepared sauce over it.
