Main ingredients: soft tofu, chives, millet pepper, and Hangzhou pepper

Tear off the plastic cover of the tofu and place it upside down on a plate. Use scissors to cut a small hole in the four corners of the box. Tap it a few times and the tofu will be completely taken out.

Cut the chives into finely chopped green onions, millet peppers, and Hangzhou peppers into small rings.

Place the chopped chives and green and red peppers on top of the tofu

Take a bowl, add 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, a little MSG, and mix well to make a sauce (you can add a little cold boiled water and mix well)
