Honey bean toast
Overview
I have only used a bread machine to bake bread once, and this is the second time. I am not very skilled at all. The bottom is too heavily colored and the crust is a bit thick. These are all shortcomings. I made the honey red beans myself. One box of 350ml fresh-keeping box is not enough. When I rolled it, it felt quite a lot, and the roll was not too tight. I was worried that there would be a lot of holes in it. I didn’t dare to rub it after rolling it, for fear of breaking the skin. As a result, except for the heavy color at the bottom and thick skin, the tissue was okay and there were not many holes as expected. Every time you take a bite, there are many sweet beans in your mouth, which are sweet and chewy! It was still baked the night before, and when I took pictures the next day, the skin was a little wrinkled.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the milk and eggs into the bread bucket.
-
Add flour, sugar in one corner, salt in the opposite corner, and yeast in the middle.
-
Use chopsticks to stir slightly to prevent dry powder from stirring up when the bread machine mixes.
-
Select a kneading program, finish kneading after 15 minutes, and add softened butter. Select another kneading program and continue kneading.
-
After kneading, a transparent film can be pulled out, which is tough and not easy to break. Even if it breaks, the edge of the hole will be smooth.
-
Take out the dough, roll it into a ball, put it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment.
-
Ferment until 2-2.5 times the size. Press lightly with your fingers. If the indentation does not collapse or recover quickly, it means fermentation is complete.
-
Divide into three equal parts, deflate and roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15-20 minutes.
-
After resting, take a portion of the dough and roll it into a rectangular shape.
-
Flip over and spread a layer of honey red beans, leaving the edges untouched.
-
Thin the bottom edge, roll it up, roll it as tightly as possible, and pinch the joint tightly.
-
Gently rub the three strips together to keep them the same length.
-
Pinch the top of the three long strips together and braid.
-
After braiding, pinch the tail tightly.
-
Fold both ends toward the middle and place into a bread pan.
-
Start the fermentation process and ferment twice until it is eighty percent full.
-
Mix the egg liquid and water thoroughly at a ratio of 1:1, brush it on the surface of the toast, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
-
Start the baking program and select 50 minutes for medium-burning color.
-
Take it out immediately after baking.
-
Place on the grill to dry until slightly warm and then put into a plastic bag.
