Pickled pepper, celery and pork are super delicious with rice & spicy and sour

Overview

Just smelling the smell of pickled peppers makes you salivate, and eating pickled peppers, peanuts, etc. will also wipe out the pickled peppers inside. This dish is purely a side dish. Slightly sour and super spicy taste! Add pickled pepper according to personal preference. The key is to add an appropriate amount of pickled pepper juice.

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Prepare the pickled peppers and cut them into small circles with scissors

  2. Pour some oil into the pot, add garlic and saute until fragrant

  3. Add half of the pickled peppers and stir-fry for a few times, then add the minced meat and continue to stir-fry (since my minced meat is leftover from Qianzhang Bao the day before, I don’t need to season it. If you use fresh minced meat, please season it appropriately at this step). Fry until it changes color and remove from the pan

  4. Cut the celery into small strips (I used celery, the celery meat is thicker and has a texture, and the celery taste is small, making it easy to taste)

  5. Return to the pan, add a little oil and stir-fry celery

  6. Then add the remaining pickled peppers and continue to stir-fry the minced meat. Then pour in a spoonful of white vinegar, an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and an appropriate amount of pepper pickling water. Stir fry until the flavor is absorbed

  7. The spiciness and acidity can be controlled according to personal taste, making it a great meal.
