Lean meat braised radish
Overview
Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer without a doctor’s prescription. The radishes in winter are particularly sweet and plump. I ate a lean meat braised radish dish at my grandma’s house some time ago. I will never forget the taste. Based on the memory of that dish, I also made this dish. Although the taste is okay, the taste is still slightly different from what I eat at my grandma’s house. I will continue to improve it next time.
