Mozzarella salad
Overview
I didn’t eat a lot of greasy vegetables during the Spring Festival, so I didn’t need to make any special ‘scrapped rape’ dishes after the festival. I could just make whatever dishes I wanted to eat as usual. Today I chose fresh mozzarella cheese to mix with the salad, because the difference between fresh cheese and dry cheese is that the moisture content is more than less, and the biggest difference between the two is their taste. Fresh cheese has a soft texture, high water content and less fat and calories. However, fresh mozzarella cheese is also very delicious when made into pizza. Dry cheese has been fermented and has a rich taste and higher nutritional value than fresh cheese. Different ingredients are used with different cheeses, and of course it depends on what kind of cheese you like.
