Delicious Whole Egg Jujube Cake
Overview
There is a small shop that buys red date cakes downstairs in my house. Every time I pass by, I am attracted by the rich aroma of red dates. I occasionally buy a few pieces to satisfy my craving. Since I started baking, I will no longer buy takeaway food. It is the healthiest and safest to make it yourself. And every time the finished product is praised by family and friends.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Food preparation.
-
The dates are cooked and the walnut meat is set aside.
-
Put the walnut meat into the bread machine and bake it. Roasted walnuts are more fragrant.
-
Remove the pits from the jujubes. I am used to not peeling jujube skin because it helps gastrointestinal motility.
-
Put the jujube puree into a large container, add sugar, and beat well with an electric egg beater.
-
Add whole egg mixture.
-
Just break it up, don't send it away.
-
Pour in the flour and baking soda.
-
Stir evenly until there are no dry powder particles. Do not over mix to avoid gluten formation.
-
Pour in corn oil. Stir evenly to fully combine the flour and oil. The batter at this time is very thick and delicate.
-
Pour the fried walnuts into the batter. Mix well.
-
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes. Pour the batter into the mold and gently tap out any air bubbles.
-
Use a silicone spatula to smooth the surface as much as possible.
-
Put the baking sheet into the oven and continue to heat it to 150 degrees for 50 minutes.
-
The jujube cake with rich jujube aroma is coming out of the oven, come and taste it.
