Slice mushrooms, cut peppers into sections, shred carrots, shred ginger, and slice garlic

Prepare the ribs, wash them, and boil water. After the water boils, add the ribs and boil the bleeding for about two minutes. Remove the ribs, wash them, drain them, and set aside.
