Homemade ham and mushroom hot sauce
Overview
I remember when we were children, when everyone was very poor, not only were the varieties of dishes limited, but the supply was plentiful, and they could only be bought with a ticket. But at home, the children ate a lot, and the dishes were small. In order to increase the variety on the table, and to allow us to eat more, my mother would cook a small pot of assorted sauce from time to time. With just a little bit of assorted sauce, we could eat a large bowl of white rice, and everyone ate it very delicious. Later, when the conditions gradually improved, there were less opportunities to eat assorted sauces. When I rarely thought of making some sauce, I immediately thought of my childhood. I happened to have some ham at home, so I soaked some mushrooms and boiled some spicy sauce. Whether it was with rice or mixed with noodles, I made a special meal to increase my appetite~~~
