Have all materials ready.

Wash the mushrooms and tear them into small pieces, peel and dice the tomatoes, slice the ginger and garlic, and cut the green onions into sections.

Boil the water and add the mushrooms for one to two minutes to cook. Note: Pleurotus eryngii and enoki mushrooms can be substituted.

Pour into a bowl and make a base.

Add a little oil to the pot, add 500 grams of water, and add 100 grams of tomato hot pot seasoning packet.

Add onion, ginger, garlic and half of the diced tomatoes, bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce to low heat.

Sprinkle the sweet potato flour, place the meat slices on the sweet potato flour and beat hard with a rolling pin, so that one meat slice becomes the same size as two slices.
