White sugar soy milk porridge
Overview
Yesterday I bought some soy milk to cook rice and I still had about a bowl of it left, so I used it to cook porridge this morning. It tastes smooth and moist and is one of my favorite porridges. Regular consumption of some soy milk can enhance people's disease resistance. The stigmasterol, potassium, magnesium, and calcium contained in soy milk can enhance the excitement of cardiovascular blood vessels, improve cardiovascular nutrition, lower cholesterol, promote blood flow and prevent vasospasm. If middle-aged and elderly people can insist on drinking a bowl of soy milk every day, the recurrence rate of coronary heart disease can be reduced by 50%.
