Lotus root, pork and glutinous rice balls

Steps

  1. Mix the stuffing well with less oil and less salt

  2. Soak the glutinous rice overnight in advance, then roll the meatballs on top of the glutinous rice

  3. Place cabbage leaves in the steamer. If you don’t like cabbage, you can substitute other vegetable leaves

  4. Put the glutinous rice meatballs on the vegetable leaves as much as possible, so that the steamed cabbage will be very tasty

  5. Bring to a boil over high heat and steam for 10 minutes, medium heat for about 25 minutes
