Prepare materials.

Add one spoon of cornstarch and two spoons of starch water mixed with water into the egg liquid and mix well.

Heat the pan, pour in the egg liquid and cook the egg skin over low heat.

Cut the baked egg skin into 6 long strips of equal width and set aside.

Then heat the pan with oil and fry the peas, carrots and ham until cooked.

Add the rice, stir-fry the rice and add a little salt to taste.

Put the fried rice into a bowl, flatten it and place it on the plate.

Overlay the egg skins cut into equal widths into a sunflower pattern and cover the fried rice.

Pick a few peas for decoration and squeeze some tomato sauce on them. Done.
