Overview
Spring is a good season to nourish the liver. My lover’s liver is not very good, so I should give him a supplement. No matter whether it is useful or not, at least it can express my love!

Soak the purchased pork liver in water for a whole morning, changing the water several times

Put the peppercorns, salt and five-spice powder in a wok over low heat and roast them until they turn yellow

Marinate the pork liver with fried Sichuan peppercorns and salt overnight

Put appropriate amount of water in the wok, pepper, scallions, bay leaves, and ginger slices and bring to a boil

Add the pork liver, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, until the pork liver is fully cooked

Slice it, add some minced garlic and coriander, and add some light soy sauce when eating
