Pickled cucumbers are sour and crispy, and can relieve greasiness and aid digestion. Pickled cucumbers are used in the famous Thousand Island Dressing, and are often used in Western-style salad dressings;

Steps

  1. Wash the cucumber, cut off both ends, and sprinkle with two spoons of salt. The spoon in the picture is 2 grams, so I used two spoons;

  2. Cucumbers need to be pickled for about two hours;

  3. Pour all the seasonings except white wine into a small pot;

  4. Put a small pot on the fire and bring to a boil, then let cool;

  5. The pickled cucumbers control moisture;

  6. Place the cucumbers in a glass container, pour the seasoning over them to cover the cucumbers, cover them, and leave them at room temperature for about a day, then put them in the refrigerator for storage; they can be kept for a long time;

  7. It will look like this in about three days and is ready to eat.
