I really like watching Korean dramas and always want to try the kimbap in them. Today I tried to make it myself. I added my favorite things to it. It’s a new flavor. Come and check it out with me!

  1. Wash the carrots, cut into long strips one centimeter wide, and blanch them in water.

  2. Spread the eggs into slices and cut them into long strips. Cut the ham, preserved eggs and cucumber into long strips and set aside.

  3. Add a small spoonful of vinegar, a little sesame oil, and some cooked corn kernels to the rice, and stir well.

  11. Hold the rolled nori roll tightly with your hands.

  13. Cut the seaweed roll into one centimeter wide, remember to dip the knife in some water, and voila, delicious seaweed rice is ready!
