Prepare the ingredients.

Boil duck legs with green onion, ginger and water.

Wash the cooked duck legs with warm water to remove any foam on the surface, drain, and pan-fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.

Add oil to the pot, add onion, ginger, and spices and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Add duck legs, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and rock sugar.

Add hot water and bring to a boil.

Simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes.

Cut the broccoli into small pieces, add some salt to the water and bring to a boil, add the broccoli and simmer until cooked.

Cut the duck legs into cubes, serve with rice, broccoli, and drizzle with marinade.
