Stir-fried river shrimp with leeks
Overview
I bought some river prawns in the morning. My son and his parents wanted to eat crispy and spicy ones, so I fried them up in a plate, sprinkled them with barbecue seasonings, and mixed them with chili noodles and Sichuan pepper noodles. They both ate deliciously. I don't like the crispy ones. I always feel that there is a lack of green. I have leeks at home, so I fried myself a plate of leeks and river shrimps. The river shrimps are delicious. The spring leeks are fragrant and tender, and I eat them very fragrantly.
