Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix 200g glutinous rice flour + 20g flour + 25g sugar + 3g yeast + 0.5g baking soda evenly. Try to keep the yeast on one side.
-
Use 80g boiling water to blanch the noodles on the side without yeast, and use 75g cold water to knead the noodles on the side with yeast. Mix evenly without boiling.
-
Knead the dough, cover it with a bowl, and let it rise for 20 minutes.
-
A little bit of hair is OK. Rub to exhaust and arrange into long rows.
-
Cut the long rows of noodles into eight small sections. Form the bean paste filling into balls in advance.
-
Brush some oil to prevent sticking, press into flat dough, wrap in bean paste filling, and seal.
-
Preheat the electric baking pan and brush it with oil, put the cake in and press it slightly. Brush some oil on top.
-
Flip frequently and cook until both sides are golden brown, which only takes about two minutes.
-
Remove from the pan and place on a kitchen towel to absorb the oil.
-
It's done.
