Mustard green buns
Overview
My hometown is Maoming Dianbai. When I was a child, my mother rarely made these snacks. The family next door would make mustard buns every festival. At that time, there were only a few shrimp skins in the filling, but the taste was excellent! Occasionally I went to the house next door to eat one, but my mother said don’t think about other people’s food when they are eating. I tasted that taste once and will never forget it. Later I learned that mustard buns are a specialty there, and almost everyone can make them, but I remember that I have never made them! Now that I am also a mother, I occasionally cook the taste of my hometown for my son to try!
