Stir-fried homemade spiral noodles
Overview
Although the pattern of this spiral noodles is not as obvious as that of Italian spiral noodles, it is made with wheat core powder and has a very chewy and smooth texture. Due to the pattern, the contact surface has been expanded a lot. When used to make fried noodles, it can come into contact with more soup, so it tastes more delicious.
