Saliva Cucumber
Overview
Cucumbers are very tender in the current season. Cucumbers grow in the natural environment in spring and autumn, so they taste very good and have a lot of water. They can be eaten directly after being washed. They are crisp and refreshing. I usually spend a little time and thought to turn ordinary cucumbers into flower-shaped dishes, season them with sour and spicy flavors, add chili powder and minced garlic, blanch in hot oil until fragrant, mix well, and then add seasonings. After finishing it, I always felt like there was something missing, so I took out a few wolfberry berries from the refrigerator, chopped them and sprinkled them. When I took the photo, the hot and sour flavor hit my nose. I swallowed it, so I simply called this dish saliva cucumber
