Cute cat curry paella
Overview
If you have too much leftover rice at home, besides eating fried rice the next day, you can also change your appearance and make cute rice balls; you just need to heat it and cook some ingredients and it will be delicious. Heat the rice and shape it into a sushi rice ball, paste it with cut nori, and use asparagus to decorate it as [bamboo]; seafood is used as the main ingredient, and the flavor is blended into the curry, which is very delicious. You can choose your favorite curry seasoning. I like the spicy flavor from my hometown. The seafood can also be replaced with fried pork chops and it will be just as delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
After the rice is cooked, take it out and let it cool.
-
Wash and peel the potatoes and dice them. Just add the tops of the asparagus. Wash the seafood and set aside. You can choose the seafood you like. I used mussels, shrimps, flower branches and clams.
-
Pour the curry seasoning into the rice cooker. The amount of Malaysian curry I use is 3 tablespoons; if you use Japanese curry, 1 piece is enough.
-
Put the potatoes into the rice cooker.
-
Add water.
-
Turn on the rice cooker and select the [Stew] program and close the lid.
-
While the curry ingredients are cooking, you can start making panda rice balls. First wash your hands and prepare a bowl of warm water and a clean plate.
-
When the rice is still warm, add some warm water to your hands. Put a little rice in the palm of your hand and shape it into the size of a sushi rice ball. You must squeeze the rice ball tightly to prevent it from falling apart easily.
-
You can make a few small rice balls. I made 9 rice balls in one.
-
Use 1 piece of seaweed and cut it into thin strips with scissors, but not very thin. This is the black color on the back of the panda.
-
Then use scissors to cut out the panda's eyes and cut them into a slightly oval shape; then continue to cut out the panda's mouth in a round shape.
-
Add some water to the cut seaweed and place it on the rice balls.
-
After the curry potatoes have been cooked for 30 minutes, add the seafood and cook for 15 minutes.
-
Take the cooked seafood curry out of the rice cooker.
-
The panda rice balls are ready, now blanch the asparagus in boiling water. Then prepare 1/4 of the rice on the plate and spread it out,
-
Insert the blanched asparagus straight into the rice; top with curry seafood and finally place the panda rice balls on the plate.
