Winnie the Pooh squeezes the bun
Overview
Fluffy whipped cream squeezes into the bun, making it look like Winnie the Pooh. . . But there is a Tigger hiding inside, find it and eat it! The amount marked is for a 30cm non-stick baking pan. Like other molds, the dosage can be increased or decreased as appropriate.

Steps
-
Pour milk, light cream, yeast powder, high-gluten flour, sugar, salt, whole egg liquid, and corn oil into the bread bucket in sequence, start the sweet bread program, and knead the dough
-
After the dough mixing process is completed, ferment it until it doubles in size, which takes about 1 hour
-
Remove the air, knead out the air bubbles, and let the noodles rest for 20 minutes
-
Using a kitchen scale, divide into 12 equally sized pieces
-
Add a little cocoa powder to one piece, knead it evenly and divide it into two parts, roll one part into a ball, roll the other part into a long sheet, and roll up the edges
-
Wrap the sheet around the ball to resemble a honey jar. Knead the other dough into balls and put them into the mold
-
Place in the oven for secondary fermentation, about 50 minutes
-
After fermentation has doubled in size, place it in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 135 degrees for about 15 minutes
-
Take it out and let it cool slightly, then decorate the honey jar with melted lemon chocolate and a finger biscuit
-
While removing the mold and letting it cool, use melted dark chocolate to draw the facial features of Winnie the Pooh, squeeze a little chocolate on the head, and stick the Wangzi steamed buns used to make the ears
-
Tigger's facial features are also painted with chocolate melted in water and allowed to dry until the chocolate solidifies
