Delicious cold dish - shredded drunken chicken mixed with fungus

Drunken chicken, I used to think that I would catch the chicken when it was drunk and eat it. Until this year, I went to a friend’s house to celebrate the New Year. His mother’s drunken chicken was so delicious that I couldn’t help but steal it. I couldn’t help but make it as soon as I came back. I came up with the shredded drunken chicken by myself, but I am actually just lazy. I hate touching the bones when eating chicken, so I like to eat chicken breasts the most. Dad always says that I don’t know what to eat, and the chicken breast is the worst part of it. But I don’t think so. Every bite is delicious (carnivorous beasts don’t explain). Plus my favorite fungus. This is the delicacy of the world!

Marinate chicken with seasoned chicken juice and sesame oil for 20 minutes

Add white wine and marinate for 20

Steam chicken breasts over water. The steamed chicken breasts will release a lot of juice, so don't pour it away.
