  1. Cut the white radish into strips and marinate with sugar and salt for 10 minutes

  2. Rice flour

  3. Remove the water from the pickled white radish, drain the dried shrimps and shiitake mushrooms and dice them, dice the onions and sausages, and mix the rice noodles and water in proportion.

  4. Put a little oil in the wok, stir-fry the sausage first, then add the onions, mushrooms, and dried shrimps and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the seasonings, mix the shredded radish, and then add the prepared rice flour water.

  5. Grease the bottom of the plate, add the mixed radish paste, and cover with plastic wrap.

  6. Bring to a boil over high heat and steam in a steamer for 60 minutes.

  7. After cooling, fry until golden brown on both sides.
