Delicious fish head and tofu pot

Overview

I am the only picky eater in my family, so I especially like to cook the food I like. I often make the fish head and tofu stew, which is really delicious. If you don’t believe me, try it too.

  1. Wash the fish head and chop into pieces

  2. Cut tofu into cubes and set aside

  3. Ginger, onion and garlic are ready

  4. Heat a little oil in a pan

  5. Put in the tofu and fry

  6. After frying one side, turn it over and fry the other side. Sprinkle some salt on both sides to taste

  7. Fry and serve out for later use

  8. Continue to heat oil in the pot and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant

  9. Pour in the fish head and fry it too

  10. Add the scallions and fry on both sides

  11. Prepare a clean casserole (this is not a casserole, please ignore it)

  12. Prepare some side dishes at the bottom of the pot

  13. Add the fried tofu

  14. The fish head is also included

  15. Add a little salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili powder, chicken powder and half a bowl of water and simmer for 10 minutes (adjust all amounts according to your own taste)

  16. When you take it out of the pan and eat it, it is still steaming and fragrant.
