Black soy sauce minced pork tofu
Overview
Tofu is an indispensable soy product for family meals. There are many ways to cook it. It can be fried, stir-fried, stewed or fried. It is salty, sweet, spicy and delicious. Which one is your favorite? Today I will introduce to you the black bean flavored minced pork tofu that I often make. Every time I make this dish, I have to cook a few more bowls of rice. Even if I usually only eat one bowl of rice, I will add half a bowl without realizing it. My husband laughs and calls this dish a rice killer.
