Steps
-
Take out the reserved chicken feet and remove the nails.
-
Put cold water in the pot until it boils. You can add some rice vinegar during the cooking process, which will make the chicken feet sour.
-
After cooking, clean the chicken feet, put them in a basin, and soak them in running water or ice water for half an hour.
-
Cut the ginger slices and minced garlic and set aside.
-
Cut the green and red peppers and pickled peppers into rings and set aside (you can buy the pickled peppers in the supermarket)
-
Take out the chicken feet soaked in ice water, then add rice vinegar and reserved ginger, garlic, green and red peppers, and pickled peppers (juice of half a lemon, you can add it or not) into a clean basin and marinate for 1 to 2 days before eating.
-
Put it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh while it is marinating. When you want to eat it, take it out of the refrigerator and eat it. It is delicious.
