Overview
I didn’t know how to use up the corn flour at home, so I searched for this recipe online. It’s much healthier to use it as snacks than the puffed food you buy

Mix the two kinds of flour with corn oil and salt evenly

Add 40 grams of warm water and mix to form a dough

Wrap in plastic wrap and let rise for 20 minutes

Take an appropriate amount of curry powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and five-spice powder, mix evenly, and set aside

Roll out the dough into thin sheets and cut into triangles or cut into triangles. Brush a layer of oil on the oil paper, put the thin slices on it, and brush another layer of oil. You don’t need to apply too much oil
