[Oil-free Crispy Bangbang Wings]: Use the air fryer to make healthy fried food
Overview
Fried chicken wings are really a delicacy that is loved by the general public! Unfortunately, deliciousness and health cannot go hand in hand. But things are different now. With an air fryer, you can eat delicious food with confidence! The first time I heard the new term air fryer, I thought it was so fancy! It sounds like a very mysterious name! It is said that using an air fryer to cook meat dishes can eliminate the need to add any additional oil~~ Finally, during the Gourmet World event, I got an air fryer! This air fryer is really convenient and quick to make fried food, and it’s also easy to clean up! Marinate the chicken wings in advance. It only takes about 10 minutes to have the fragrant and delicious food in your mouth. As for the taste, I personally feel that there is a gap between the shell part and fried food! However, considering its health, this difference is completely negligible~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare chicken wing roots, ginger, garlic, barbecued pork sauce, and rice wine;
-
Wash the chicken wings, and use a knife to make a circle on the end close to the bone. The bone must be deep enough to cut through the skin, meat and tendons;
-
Flip the chicken toward the other end and arrange it into a meat mallet shape;
-
Process all the chicken wing roots;
-
Chop the ginger and garlic into mince, add barbecued pork sauce and rice wine, mix well;
-
Dip the processed wing roots into the marinade, ensuring that each side is evenly coated with a layer of marinade, cover and marinate for more than 2 hours. I marinated it overnight. If the weather is hot, remember to put it in the refrigerator;
-
After the chicken wings are marinated, prepare beaten eggs, bread crumbs, a little salt and five-spice powder;
-
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 8 minutes. First wrap a layer of tin foil at the base of the chicken wings, then shake off the ginger and garlic on the surface of the chicken wings, and dip it in the egg liquid;
-
Then put it in bread crumbs and evenly coat it with a layer of bread crumbs. You can press it slightly with your hands. Be careful not to coat too much in bread crumbs;
-
Process all the chicken wings and place them in the basket of the air fryer, leaving some space in between. I put a layer of tin foil in the frying basket, and brushed a thin layer of oil on the tin foil in advance for easy cleaning, haha;
-
Place the frying basket into the frying pan and heat at 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. You can pull out the frying basket in the middle and move the chicken wing roots to prevent adhesion;
-
Once the surface is golden brown, it is ready to serve.
