  1. Remove the inner layer of bitter melon, cut it in half and blanch it in water and set aside

  3. Remove roots from bean sprouts, wash and set aside

  4. Boil the washed bean sprouts in boiling water until soft

  5. Boil the bean sprouts until soft and then put them on the plate

  6. Put all the seasonings in a bowl, add white vinegar and sesame oil and mix well

  7. Finally, pour the mixed seasoning over the bean sprouts.
