Remove the inner layer of bitter melon, cut it in half and blanch it in water and set aside

Make blanched bitter melon as per your preference

Remove roots from bean sprouts, wash and set aside

Boil the washed bean sprouts in boiling water until soft

Boil the bean sprouts until soft and then put them on the plate
