You can change the strawberry jam to your favorite flavor. The fruit jam can be bought or made by yourself, as long as you like it

Add 20g of fine sugar and three drops of lemon juice to the egg yolk, stir until dissolved

Add the cooled egg milk to the whipped cream, stir it up and down with a rubber spatula, then pour in the strawberry jam, stir it up and down

Then pour it into a container and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator. If you want the pudding bottle to look good, you can put it in a box and scrape it off with a spoon. Stir it every hour or so three times and it’s almost done
