Braised fish

Years ago, a friend gave me some fish as a gift. I didn’t know the name of the fish. It tasted really good after braised in braised sauce. O(∩_∩)OThank you dear friend.

Clean the fish and cut it into several cuts to make it easier to taste.

Chop onion, ginger and garlic.

Heat oil in the pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the fish and fry over low heat.

Flip and fry once, then add appropriate amount of water.

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

Add soy sauce for extra freshness.

Add soy sauce for color.

Add appropriate amount of sugar.

Add salt, mix well and simmer.

Cook until the soup thickens, turn off the heat, add some chicken essence, mix thoroughly, and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
