Steamed tofu with minced meat
Overview
Tofu is rich in nutrients and is known as plant meat. Its digestion and absorption rate reaches more than 95%. Two small pieces of tofu can meet a person's daily calcium requirement. Steaming tofu is the best way to maintain the original flavor of tofu. Minced meat and pickled mustard are indispensable. Tofu can absorb the fragrance of minced meat, and pickled mustard can eliminate the greasy taste of minced meat. The two complement each other and have a unique flavor.
