Put the peeled chestnuts into a basin, add boiling water, blanch them for about five minutes, and then peel them.

Put it in a pot and steam it for about 10 minutes after the water boils.

Put the eggs into the egg beater. Add cold boiled water.

Use a cooking stick to puree the chestnuts.

Pour the chestnut puree into a non-stick pan, add brown sugar, and stir-fry over medium-low heat.
