Stir-fried vegetables with eggs, ham and vegetables
Overview
I didn’t prepare the dishes for the morning last night. I looked through the refrigerator and found half a green onion and a little purple cabbage. The carrots are the ones I usually have, so I fried them together. I cleaned the refrigerator and cleaned up the leftovers😁

Prepare the raw materials, which are all stock in the refrigerator: cut onions into cubes, tear purple cabbage into small pieces, slice carrots and ham sausage, beat eggs and set aside

Cook the free-range eggs and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and ginger and saute until fragrant

Add carrots and ham and stir-fry for a while

Lower purple cabbage

After stir-frying for two or three minutes, when the purple cabbage changes color, add the green onions

Stir-fry until the onions and purple cabbage are slightly soft, then pour in the previously scrambled eggs

Add salt, stir-fry evenly, and remove from the pan
