Take another mixing bowl, add eggs and beat evenly, add vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, white sugar and brown sugar, stir evenly.
-
Sift the powder and add it to the liquid
-
Use a spatula to mix carefully without any lumps
-
Add chopped snickerdoodles to the batter. Mix it a little
-
Use a spoon to scoop the batter into the muffin mold
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake the lower layer for about 30 minutes. When inserting a toothpick into it will not bring out the batter, it is ready to be baked
-
Take out, let cool and set aside
-
Make the cream cheese frosting. Cut the butter and cream cheese into cubes and let them soften at room temperature. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar and beat until smooth and fine. Use a toothpick to pick up a little orange coloring and stir until the color is uniform
-
Put the cream cheese frosting into a piping bag, and use a 6-tooth nozzle to pipe the cheese frosting on the cake body from the outside in
-
Now make the witch's hat. Remove the filling from a piece of Oreo, squeeze a little cheese frosting into the center as a binder, put a piece of Hershey's dark chocolate on it, and garnish with silver beads
-
Put on the hat and finish~~
