Bacon and Mushroom Soup
Overview
I continued to consume the New Year’s bacon. In the past, the bacon was basically steamed or cooked with rice. Later, when I went to Shanghai and ate pickled pork, I realized that it can also be cooked into soup. Gradually, I found the shadow of bacon in other recipes, and there were still a lot of choices. Today’s soup has no oil or salt, but it tastes delicious. You can try it.
