Cut and wash the pork ribs and put them into a cooking pot. Pour in cola and enough water;

After boiling, skim off the foam, add peppercorns and appropriate amount of salt to taste;

Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes until the meat is tender, remove and drain;

While the ribs are cooking, use a bowl to mix the barbecue sauce ingredients evenly;

Brush the cooked ribs with barbecue sauce and place on a baking sheet lined with foil. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for 12 minutes on top and bottom heat; then remove, flip and brush with barbecue sauce again and continue baking until slightly browned;
