Egg yolk round
Overview
Dad has been talking about making some egg round biscuits for a long time, but he has never thought about it. Now it's finally on the agenda. I used the recipe from the text book, without any pictures, and told the whole process in four simple lines. There were no details I wanted to know, no baking times and temperatures. Let's take care of everything.

Prepare materials

Put the egg whites and egg yolks into two containers respectively, add some sugar to the egg yolks

Use an electric mixer to beat the egg whites until they are foamy

Add the remaining sugar in three batches and continue beating

Beat the egg whites until dry and foamy

Mix egg yolks and sugar evenly

Pour into the protein paste

Mix well

Mix vanilla powder, flour and baking soda and sift into the egg batter

Put into piping bag

Press out small round cakes with a diameter of about 1.5CM on the baking sheet

Put in the oven, 190 degrees, middle layer, bake for about 10 minutes
