Mixed with dried radish
Overview
During the Chinese New Year, I eat big fish and meat every day, and I especially want to eat refreshing and delicious side dishes. It happened that some colleagues at home gave me dried radish, so I mixed some into it as a side dish. In time of the COVID-19 epidemic, and combined with the taste of side dishes eaten in restaurants, I put some minced garlic in the dried radish. Since the dried radish was a bit salty, I added some diced carrots, paired with green garlic sprouts, and mixed with light soy sauce and sesame oil. It was really refreshing and appetizing.
