Braised Pork and Egg
Overview
Pork belly and eggs are stewed together. The eggs can be eaten for breakfast, and the stewed meat can be stewed with cabbage. It is a common practice in winter. Old people often say that stewing meat in an iron pot is more fragrant, and it is indeed true. If time allows, slow cooking in an iron pot is better.
