Pour out the oil used to fry the tofu in the pot, leaving some base oil. Add water, salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and then add all the spices and cook together. After boiling, simmer over low heat for three to five minutes

Put the oiled tofu cubes in, and turn off the heat in 2 minutes. After turning off the heat, let it sit for about 5 minutes before putting it on the plate, and the flavor will be absorbed
