Lemon Barbecued Pork

Many people like barbecued pork to go with wine and rice, but what if you don’t have an oven? Come and cook it in the microwave with Oppa. The method is simple and the materials are all things that are readily available at home

Yellow lemon

Make holes in the meat with a fork, add white wine, white sugar, soy sauce, half a lemon juice and marinate for three hours. [If you like a darker color, add a spoonful of dark soy sauce.] Turn the noodles every hour to make them evenly distributed

After marinating, pour out the water and let it dry. Place it on a plate. Sprinkle a little lemon peel on the meat under the plate

Bake in the microwave at 2 and 100 for 10 minutes, flip over and bake for another 10 minutes. Take it out, pour out the gravy, squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and bake for 10 minutes

Then take out the meat and evenly coat it with honey and bake it in the microwave for 15 minutes

Let it cool before cutting

Sprinkle some white shredded garlic and coriander for a close-up, add some white garlic and dip it in the sauce [optional sauce: 1 mustard, soy sauce, 2 soy sauce, vinegar and garlic]
