Fat-reduced meal tuna sushi
Overview
I don’t know why, but I suddenly became craving for tuna sushi, so I bought canned tuna and made my own sushi. It still tastes good.

Steps
-
Ingredients: seaweed, rice, eggs, cucumbers, carrots, canned tuna
-
Use sushi vinegar for the rice (you don’t have it at home, use 1:2:1 salt, sweet and sour instead) and black sesame seeds and mix well. Cut cucumbers and carrots into thin strips (I was lazy and didn’t cut the cucumbers, so it didn’t look good). Use a pan to spread the eggs into pancakes (I forgot to take pictures)
-
Place it on the sushi curtain, spread the rice, and use chopsticks to cover it for convenience
-
Spread the egg patties and top with the carrots, cucumbers and tuna. If you like salad dressing and ketchup, you can squeeze some in. Since I'm losing weight, I don't put in this high-fat thing, but it's just as delicious.

Roll up and cut into sections, arrange on a plate, and you’re ready to eat
