Overview

The tea eggs I made last time were made from Tieguanyin green tea. This time I changed it to black tea without adding soy sauce. It was just as delicious. Ever since I bought Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Essential Oil Rose, I have fallen in love with tea eggs.

  1. Have materials ready. Ginger forgot to put it in to take pictures.

  2. Wash the eggs and cook them in a pot under cold water.

  4. Put the eggs into a cooking pot. The rice cooker I used can also be used to cook soup.
