Beef tendon wide noodles
Overview
My daughter likes to eat beef with strong tendons. The beef tendons and shanks I bought were all recommended to me by the owner of the beef shop. They are all made with strong tendons.

Main raw materials.

Chop the beef tendon into pieces and set aside.

Wash the beef, blanch it and remove the blood foam.

Put the beef into the electric pressure cooker, add water, soy sauce, cooking wine, sweet noodle sauce, onion and ginger, aniseed, salt and sugar and stew.

Simmer for forty minutes until the beef is cooked through and tender.

Blanch the rapeseed and set aside.

Boil the lasagna in a pot under boiling water, remove and put into a bowl.

Pour the cooked lasagna into the beef soup, add the rapeseed, and serve with the beef.
