Shredded green pepper and white pork
Overview
This dish is a home-cooked dish with green peppers and pork tenderloin as the main ingredients. Wash the tenderloin. Wash the green peppers cleanly.

Cut the tenderloin into shreds and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

Drain the soaked shredded pork, add a small amount of salt, starch, and minced ginger, stir evenly and marinate for 30 minutes.

Cut green pepper into strips.

Use warm oil and fry shredded pork in pan. Cook the shredded pork over low heat and set aside.
