Korean bibimbap
Overview
I usually like to eat stone pot bibimbap. I don’t have a stone pot at home, so I wanted to improve it, so I started making it myself. The procedure is very simple and the ingredients are rich. You can make it at home at any time. It is also very convenient and more hygienic! Let’s do it now!

Steps
-
Remove the heads from the shrimps, take out the shrimp threads, clean them and set aside
-
I washed the bean sprouts and enoki mushrooms together
-
Wash and slice mushrooms
-
Wash and shred the carrots! I used a tool to wipe the silk!
-
Wash the rapeseed and set aside
-
Garlic chili sauce and tomato salsa are ready!
-
Blanch all vegetables and shrimps separately in boiling water and set aside! Blanch the vegetables first and the shrimp last to avoid any smell!
-
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add all the vegetables and shrimps to the pot and stir-fry for two or three minutes, because the blanched vegetables are almost cooked!
-
Turn down the heat and add the garlic sauce and tomato salsa! The specific amount depends on how many vegetables you have!
-
Add both sauces and mix well!
-
Add the rice, stir well and it’s ready to serve!
-
Come out and eat!
